Actually violet in colour but that suits this car, thankfully. Lights are 3v so I'm running them in series from my 6v BEC. Needed protecting from the elements so I applied a shallow dome of hot glue to each, then heated them with hot air gun as I installed them in the wheel arches for a perfect fit.

Running at 6v (bypassing the plugs and running both pairs in series from 6v bec), their output is violet, which suits this truck but is not what you would usually want. Rock lights should ideally be a warm yellow, or even cool white ok. This close to being blue, they aren't so good. They work fine and look cool, but they're not what you'd expect. Happy enough I guess.
