The product itself is brilliant. Packaging and installation was unexpectedly good and easy. Most of the screws were preinstalled so it was clear how and where to use them. This was also a disadvantage. The rods were already placed in the frame and loosened during the transport. Hence, they were all over the place and hard to find. Having said this, it's unclear whether the screen itself was broken or whether this happened during the transport. It was so well packed, I can't imagine it was the transport though, which was bad in other terms. The edge had a crack. I'm a bit worried this might spread. It almost entirely vanishes behind the frame. However, knowing it's there makes this a bummer.
