Item arrived I have my concerns not sure if its genuine or not, I have contacted Foredom direct to verify. The item arrived damaged once again, everything that I have ordered has been damaged during delivery. Banggood will not take responsibility... I will not buy from them ever again and will advise everyone I know via social media to do the same. Keep well away from this company.

Package arrived opened. It was closed with one roll of tape that didnt seal the box. Fortunately nothing gone from box and everything arrived. product looks very good and work as it should.

Nice packaging, the chuck is very good, the foot pedal is made of plastic, mine came with the one brush holder unattached to the motor. A very good feature is that it can reverse.

The machine works great. I was confused at first, as the device came with a US plug, and the manual said that if the device has this plug it should be used on a 110V network. However it turned out the device was the correct voltage (230V), I just needed to buy an adapter to be able to use it on a European network (see picture). The adapter was not included, but after buying it the machine worked as described.

ho comprato una prima unità ed è arrivata velocissimauna volta provata dopo qualche minuto di utilizzopresentava un problema sul motorefaceva un rumore anomalo e non funzionava a dovereho contattato quindi l’assistenza banggood che una volta ricevuto un breve video sul difetto si è dimostrata eccezionale proponendomi l’invio immediato di una nuova unità e di tenere la vecchia danneggiata per ricambi...che dire GRAZIE BANGGOOD!!!! se come me siete stufi dei soliti dremel o cloni vari il foredom è ciò che fa per voi...magari ha meno giri ma è più potenteil pedale è una comodità e il cambio punta rapidissimo (si possono poi comprare più manipoli visto che costano poco e tenere le frese che usate maggiormente sempre pronte) insomma ottimo!!!
