I am medium size 180cm/73kg and bought a large - it fits well. I'm a bit surprised that it's not a uniform heating area as in the picture but rather 3 small heating elements - two for the chest and one along the upper part of the spine. Spec is 2A but my numerous tests show 1.5A current draw. I'm not sure if it's ok or if half of the element in the back is dead. After a couple of minutes, it will automatically go down to medium heat setting The lining is black and not the colorful "Burberry-style" shown in the picture. One inner pocket but the extra "loose" pocket with zipper for moxa salt pack is not there. Overall the quality is good but the minimalistic hidden zipper for the battery pocket seems weak and I'm afraid it will get stuck in the fabric.
