Without the load, the voltage shows fairly accurately. The first two photos show the voltage boundary values. The current can give out more than the declared - with a short-term load received 5.2A (long testing did not venture). With the load the voltage is slightly sagged (drop to 1V depending on the current value).

Без нагрузки напряжение показывает достаточно точно. На первых двух фото показаны граничные значения напряжения. Ток может выдавать больше заявленного - с кратковременной нагрузкой получал 5,2А (длительно тестировать не рискнул). С нагрузкой напряжение немного проседает (падение до 1V в зависимости от величины тока).

The display is accurate enough, a wide range of voltages for lots of different laptops/LED's/peripherals/etc. and backed up by 3Amps/72Watts of oooomph.
