I had problems with this unit. I contacted banggood about it but didn't have time to follow up with them so no satisfaction on that. It seemed to be pulling too much current and didn't work on the cell phone. on the computer it kind of worked sometimes and by that I mean lots of weird bars covering most of the screen, freezing image for long periods of time. tried another web cam t make sure it wan't mu configuration and that one worked fine. I'll have to play with it sometime. maybe bad solder joint or short
