on/off switch is not working. device is always on as long as the battery is connected. :( put quality category on ur rating otherwise the overall rating might be deceiving. thanks!

tomdnospam The switch only turns on/off the fan. Seems odd, but that's what it says and does. A Three position switch would have been better on w/fan, off ,on w/no fan
