get one. unless you need it to have one motor go in reverse and one go forward. this one is a "skid steer" type of signal converter. so for example. full throttle plus full left turn will give you 0RPM IN left motor and (approximately) full RPM in right. very adjustable by the micro screw adjuster. suitable fit for any tank robot, boat project. rc wheelchair LOL
