Uses the quality Ti video input part. Basically a video->digital chip attached to the common Mjpeg 720p30 "Dashcam" chip used in the Eachine ones as with many 720p action cams and the el-cheapo Dashcams and Keyring 808 cams. The best video quality of all the units I have tried, nice and clean, saturated and sharpness just right. It would benefit with a software update bringing some Dashcan features back: 1. Video Time - allow "4GB files" or at least "30 Min" 2. Auto-start video when powered up 3. Video looping (record over oldest file when card full) 4. Higher bitrates all around, 8Mbps VGA, 12Mbps D1, 16Mbps HD
