Arrived fast and OK ! Package was OK, enveloped in a protection foam wrap, in a paper box with a rubber part to fix it in working position. I tested this with a low voltage lamp and works fine using a voltage between 10 to 13 Volts! Flashing speed adjustment is really easy - i used a common screwdriver - and useful! Thank you Banggood !
