Two issues to discuss: 1 - On/off and light color controls work. The brightness ( + and - ) controls do not. 2 - Buyer beware: the light comes detached from the arm, and the clips to connect the light to the arm are near impossible to work with. It took an hour for me (I'm older & dexterity has left the building.) But after a couple hours it was finally assembled - correctly.
