The set contains 12 picks (one of them is a rake) or various sizes and shapes as well as three tension tools. The picks are well made and are not showing any signs of wear after a few hours use. Finish on the picks is actually rather good and they do not need to be sanded before you start using them. With only a very little bit of practice I was able to pick my simplest locks with them. The included tension tools did need some finishing with a metal file (or sandpaper) on their ends where they had been cut off. Some of the ends were rather rough and made inserting or removing the tension tool difficult. However as these were basically bonus as they were over and above the picks I will not deduct a star. The carry case is quite well made. I have not used the plastic handles.
