Printer arrived quicker than the expected date. Everything was perfect, even with a large indent in the box. everything always very well packaged there was no damage to the printer. Great quality printer apart from the warped bed, but this seems to be a very common problem for the Ender 3/Ender 3 Pro printers. I have read that the Creality glass bed will fix these problems. I am still waiting on my glass to arrive to test. Over all great shipping service and a very good printer.
