I just received the pi 4 I ordered 11 days ago. it has been delivered well before estimated. Quite strangely, the pi 4 I received had a metal case and no fan. I am not sad to have a noiseless pi, and given that I put it beside the router in the pantry, and never see it again, I do not care about the plastic case, either. the machine itself just works fine, and I got everything necessary in the box. for me, it surely was a good choice.
