Solid construction. A tad small for my 3-legged cat, and it needed som customisation for her needs. But a solid product with big wheels (helps in getting over small obsticles like carpet edge etc.) Would recommend, but measure precisely and add some wiggle room!

Arrived complete. But much too big for a kitten... Ideal for a york, a dachshund, a bichon... But not for the size of a kitten although this cart is XXS. My kitten will wait a little while before he can use it. And the wheels are huge. Possibly adapt others.
