Good product. I already have the small version of this fan, with few levels and no remote but I love it. This big version have a lot of range from very weak to very strong fan. I use it around the house and on the balcony.

After removing everything and tightening all plastics blades and cover turned it on. The battery was 0%. Charged and after started working. The balance of all product is not so good. Must be in a flat surface to stand still. The top part is not so tight and tilt from its weight if it is in weird position and not the vertical one. Also for the turn left right mode must be in a flat flat surface. The pole in full stretch mode starts tremble at full speed. Personal final thoughts is a 4 star for the missing part (screw i will put one on my own) and the overall weight balance.
