no issue from the banggoods after sales, they adhere the issue and resolve it at least if reported within 7 days. so the 5 stars are mainly for that. no on to the item, sound output is good but not loud if you are in very noisy environment you would want to increase loudness even with ANC but for normal environment or less noisy environment its alright i mostly use the earphone on max volume in bus stand and metro but still a bit noise is audible. apart from loudness the lowest volume is also a compromise, in lowest volume (not 0) you won't be able to hear anything so the earphones are bit hit or miss in lowest and highest volume but are useable. talking about the connectivity, it losses connection a few times in bus stand and a few other places can't figure out the reason though if its em waves interference or what, but yes it does loss connection for a few seconds and its visible in audio output. also the earbuds loss connection even when the range is less than 10 m within 5-6 m the audio will be crackling. about the battery life, its decent but mine came with an issue, left earbuds battery life is much lower than right earbud like if right earbud is at 40% then the left is already dead can't use both buds for full duration. and recently i found that the earbuds case showing battery issues as well 1 led to 4 led in 90 seconds is it super fast charging? nah it died the moment i put earbuds back to 1 led that's disappointing. well this issue could be only with my pair thou as no previous user faced such issue. on to the call quality, its good most of the time other party doesn't complaint about the sound. only the first 10 seconds when you receive an incoming call that other party will not be able to hear your voice and you will be trying your buds if they are working. other than that microphone is decent not best as when you are talking in low tone you will have to repeat the words again mostly. )
