Package advises 16 channel, not 128 as advertised. Perhaps more chanels can be recorded into memory, however, I am unable to find programming software which works with this model.

okz00k I found a Baofeng CD with another radio. It included UV8_VIP_CPS which is the programming software for this radio. I was able to program 128 memory channels. Perhaps you can advise other purchasers of this product where they can download UV8_VIP_CPS.
