The anti snoring brace is inflexible, uncomfortable and the wrong shape for my jaw. I finally managed to change the shape of one without breaking by placing in boiling water with elastic bands around. The others all broke. It fits well enough now but is designed to make you breathe through your mouth, which results in a very dry throat after a couple of hours sleep. I will not be using it.
