The PCB has a small error in the transistor codes, one must use the schematic to make sure the right ones go into place. That said, it is a real tube preamp, no ICs, a complete kit with a well made PCB and tubes received were brand new. Upgrades can be made replacing input and output caps and some of the resistors which for cost reasons are iron leads type. For the price it is an amazing kit.
