The walking stick arrived in good condition and is as elegant as in the pics. I am very pleased with its overall appearance. However, two relatively minor points - the red 'ball' for the dog's mouth which was included loose in the package is too big to fit in and then be glued in place, requiring some chiselling out before this can happen. I believe that this should have been affixed before the product was shipped. The handle is also very loose on the frame and again should have been glued in place before despatch, although this is easier for one to do. However, still a great product for the price.
