Works surprisingly well for brashing branches and cutting small limbs (max about 8cm). One battery lasted for quite a lot of use but the other has much lower capacity. Using a genuine Makita 5ah battery gave plenty of power and use. Won't replace even a small petrol powered chainsaw, but seems to have its uses.
