The product arrived missing the battery charge controller, but a simple email to customer services then 2 emails and some photos later all within 48 hrs and they are sending the missing item out. The solar panel itself feels good quality and is of rigid construction. It is smelter than i was expecting for some reason {possibly the pictures on an electric car lead me to assume a certain size}. seems to be providing charge even in an overcast and gloomy English winter day, exactly how much I cant tell till the lcd controller arrives. All in all I am happy with the product and the speedy delivery. Customer serviced deserve a shout out for super rapid responses and rectifying the missing item without any hassle.

nice product, however the description is wrong. these put out 18V @ .4A in full sun. so a lot closer to 8W than 80.
