I use them as a extra layer under my rubber standoff’s because the inner thread in short her than the outer thread of the nylon standoff (you can also cut the nylon standoff shorter but I like using a rubber ring more) I also use them between the motor screw end and the arm of the drone. With a soft mount under the motor and a ring between the arm and the screw (and a nylon ring) the soft mount is complete and the screw won’t get lose due to vibrations.
