I need to return and get one that I can really make can of trunks of at least 4 cm in diameter. I left the battery charging for 3 hours and I can't prun it. Is it a battery problem?

bom dia! preciso tirar uma dúvida. a Serra não fica ligada mais de 30 segundos. tanto fazendo o corte como apenas rodando. é normal? não serve para poda alguma. preciso devolver e adquirir uma que realmente posso fazer pode de troncos de no mínimo 4 cm de diametro. deixei a bateria carregando por 3 horas e não consigo fazer uma poda. é problema da bateria?
