Hi, thank you for offering support. As described in my review, I could solve the issue myself by upgrading the bootloader.
To improve your service, I suggest to include a link to the procedure to upgrade bootloader in the description of the article, or to request the provider to load latest bootloader - if possible for them within the price they ask.
