At 34V it draws about 0.7A => ~24W At 36V it draws about 0.9A => ~32W I don't dare take it higher since it's only rated up to 34V. Conclusion, it's half of what they claim.

  • Charles Just crank up the voltage! As long as it's on a decent heatsink and you use a thin layer of grease, you'll get your I x V = 50W. Don't be shy!
