I just tested it without the load and the results are this: For input voltage which I used is 14,5 V powersource. The output voltage is then in range of 0,5 to 36 Volts. The output voltage measuring is selectable, so you can tweak it a little to show a real value which is good. My differs around 0,2 V and after tweaking it shows a real value. To the point of current maximal output: I didnt test it yet, but I will do it later. I personally doubt about the 80W output, maybe in a case that you put this box to a big heatsink, but definitely not without it - it will burn itself. I plan to test it with the power resistor and apply a full load with the heatsink. But overally its a good pruduct with fantastic price.
