I received the 3 pcs within 10 days. I had some troubles to test them. I finally switched over to the second and third device and they worked according to the spec. So my conclusion is the first device has a defect. Maybe the ESP-board can be reprogrammed later for another project/use by me. Visualy there is nothing wrong with the device. Good/clean soldering.
