It tested with 3s and 4s and works perfectly. I charged my phone and my powerbank of a LiPo i normally use for my RC hobby. I'm not sure of the throughput it can give, my powerbank charges my phone faster to be honest but this is allright, i'm not using this all day long. The voltage meter is pretty accurate, only a slight difference like 15.5v v.s. 15.6v It gets warm but that is normal. Conclusion: works fine, i do recommend this item.
