Came with tool and I had it mounted on my Moto360 1st gen in like 2 minutes. It has a good length, and you can remove 2-3 elements on both sides if you have a thinner wrist. It's a bit sensitive to scratches so pay attention not to walk into walls :) Although I recommend it to protect your glass on the rear of your watch!
