I wasn't sure if these were clones or not, but they appear to be real Magpul MBUS Gen I sights, though the box is marked "Warning: This product is designed for Training and Simulation use only" which is what Magpul puts on their PTS (airsoft) parts. The only difference I see between these and the standard MBUS is that there's no loctite on the screws and some slight finishing details aren't as good, but those differences are pretty insignificant. I mounted them to a 7.62x39 AR-15 and they function fine.
