Measuring with a caliper, the diameter varied between 5.97 and 5.99mm. There are also surface blemishes and pits in places, and reflections show some flatter spots. The hardness seems OK, and they bounce very well on tiles (around 80-90% rebound). If you want these for BB guns, they'll be fine and good value. If you want to use them for ball races, then not so good and they'll be noisy. OK for some purposes as bearings, at low speed and relatively low-accuracy. Reasonable value for the price.
