Tested to 5 miles so far and holds a very solid video link with Pagoda 2 + 600mw. Works better than triple feed patch certainly but is borderline absurd in size. Harder to aim than x-air, pepperbox, and triple feed. I wouldn't recommend for mini quads unless you have diversity. Still easy enough to aim using just your head. Great antenna, brings excellent video quality signal up to 15 - 16km range. I have to say that with a 1200mW Vtx and a -95dBi Vrx this antenna brings crystal clear image at 15 - 16km ranges, way better than what a 14 spire or 16 spire helical antenna gives. However, as soon as the 16km range exceeds, image degrades fast to un-flyable levels. At 20km ranges, at least in my area, video image brought by this antenna so grainy that it cannot be used. I highly recommend this antenna for those who intend to fly their birds up to 15 - 16km ranges!

Have tested this antenna with my diy receiver, and at the same conditions I have almost double distance in comparison with Pagoda2. One thing what is worth to consider it is very directional, I had small patches before, but never so directional as this one. If pointed straight to transmiter it does magic, so better have diversity if don`t know which direction to point.
