This spanner is a combination of a reversible ring ratchet flexible head with an open-ended spanner. The size is stamped into both ends of the spanner, in this case, 13mm. It has a good chrome finish and looks well made it lacks the material of construction stamped onto the body of the spanner. While the overhaul impression is that the spanner is substantial, until it is put under load I do not know how it will perform. There is a small amount of play in the head and the body producing an end to end play of about 1mm, which should not be too much of a problem. I would like to see more evidence of oil on the joint and ratchet ring.
