BG551021514 Actually,I got mine working yesterday, mine was always switched on, take off the two little screws in the switch housing and slide the little chip board out, look underneath, mine had a bit of solder dribbled between the on/off solder points shorting them out, just heat up a sharp blade and carefully remove it.
