Good quality. Very bright LEDs. White LED draws the recommended 1.05A at 11V and warm LED at about 11.1V but this depends on their temperature, I recommend suing a constant current source for full performance. Also a very good heat sink and thermal paste is required as these LED get very hot very fast, even on a large heat sink the LED will reach over 50°C.
