It is obvious enough that you need to provide your own power supply, however the details of what the supply should be were non existent. I am using 12VDC 1A switching power supply, 5.5mm*8mm centre positive jack. The display is clear and excellent. Came from the supplier with english set to the default language. Runs very nice for Raspberry Pi 3b+ as well as for my Apple TV . Both were run on the HDMI.
